Make your website stand out from your competitors by including a virtual tour.
Once you've explored premises or services with an interactive tour, standard photos just seem flat.
Virtual Tours work on desktop and mobile devices and can even be viewed with virtual reality headsets like the Oculus Rift.
I provide high quality 360° photography of your premises or services. Using professional equipment and High Dynamic Range (HDR) imaging techniques, I can help make your business stand out out from your competitors, or allow people to admire your workmanship. These images can be used on your website or added to your Social Media.
We are all familiar with Google Street View and know how helpful it can be, but it does lack any interactive features. The Virtual Tours I create allow your customers to explore your premises or workmanship and allow you to draw attention to specific details or points of interest via embedded text, images, video and web links.
Drone photography is very popular these days as it allows a unique perspective of things we are familiar with. Using a 4k camera I can capture unique photographs and/or video for inclusion in your website or other projects. I am registered with the CAA and fully insured for commercial drone photography.
Use your mouse to look around and zoom in and out (or fingers if using a touch screen). You can click icons to explore and see more. To fully appreciate the tour press the fullscreen icon (bottom right), or right-click and choose 'Enter Fullscreen'.
Let people check out your fine restaurant or bar and the unique decor. Wedding or party venues can be explored before booking.
Whether you have a friendly B&B, a guest house, or run a care home, you can give people a preview of your premises.
Prospective parents can view what your school has to offer and reduce the number of parents that need to physically visit.
Gyms and leisure centres can really benefit from letting people see the equipment and facilities that you have to offer.
Show off the quality of your workmanship; whether you are a painter and decorator, a builder, or a landscape gardener.
Share the unique architecture of your building. An interactive tour can help share the beauty of your place of worship.
My name is Dylan Mackey and I'm based in Banstead, Surrey. I setup DigitalSpin to provide Virtual Tours for local businesses, schools and other sectors that could benefit from allowing their website visitors taking a closer look at their premises or workmanship.
I was at the forefront of 3D animation and graphics in the education sector when I worked for Aircom Education, producing "The Times Education Series" CD-Roms and later creating an online portal of educational materials that was made available to schools as an online subscription service. I also worked on projects for Ordnance Survey, Ericsson and Nokia as well as the Duke of Edinburgh Awards. I worked for 10 years at Cygnet IT specialising in website design and Content Management Systems and left in 2019 to form Machew LLP with Christopher Chew, who also worked at Cygnet.
With the current Covid restrictions making it difficult for schools to have their usual open days and visits for new parents I set about using my photography skills and web developer experience to create Virtual Tours for schools. These School Virtual Tours have been well received so I decided to concentrate on this technology and create Virtual Tours for other sectors.
We can chat about what YOU need and I advise how you can make the most of this technology to suit YOUR business and website.
I understand that times are tough for most small businesses, I will give a clear quote and there are absolutely no surprise charges.
Once the project is agreed I will get your tour created quickly (weather permitting!), and assist with adding it to your website.
Dylan has provided a Virtual Tour for Saint Peter's Church that really helps show off the magnificent architecture of our village Church. The tour includes a very impressive aerial panorama that shows the Church surrounded by the wonderful village of Woodmansterne. The tour also allows us to show our Church Hall and and its facilities which can be hired (when Covid restrictions are eased). The process of taking the photographs was quite straightforward and the final tour was completed very quickly.
The virtual tour on our website is truly amazing and has definitely allowed prospective parents and children to find more out about the school before visiting in person. The quality of the photos used and the flexibility in meeting exactly what we specified was great ; even when we made changes on the day of the shoot, this was no problem. The whole virtual tour was put together really quickly and we had full editorial control over the process with any changes made very quickly. Highly recommended.
During these very unusual times we have received excellent feedback from prospective parents and parents whose children have just started with Spencer Nursery about our virtual tour.Families have found it very useful to be able to have a look at our provision using the tour, especially as we are not permitting tours of the school at present. A number of parents who contact us wanting a place for their child say that they have already visited our website and seen the virtual tour and were very impressed.
